A- make circles with you Ankle/ Alternate high knees
B- Balance on one foot/ Bicycle
C- Clap your hands/ Calf raises
D- Dance / tricep Dips
E- Elevate your arms/ Energizer bunny hops
F- Flex your muscles/ Freestyle dance
G- Grab the stars/ Gluteal butt kicks
H- Hop on one foot/ Hand jive
I- act like an Inchworm/ Intense marching on the spot
J- Jumping Jacks
K- Karate Kicks
L- Lift your Legs/ Lunges
M- March in place/ Mountain climbers
N- Nod your head/ Note your heart rate
O- jump Over a line/ hOp on each foot
P- Push ups
Q- Quickly walk in place/ sQuats
R- Run on the place
S- Sit ups/ Skip on the spot with high knees
T- Touch your toes/ Tip toe
U - lay on the floor and put legs up in the air and ride a Unicycle/ yoU stretch it - reach high and low

Z- Zigzag walk/ Zigzag jumps
- A list of active activities for each letter of the alphabet
- Provide the students with a list of activities for each letter of the alphabet
- Challenge them to spell the entire alphabet by performing each of the activities (see a sample list below)
- Have students partner up and spell words by performing the activities for each of the respective letters
- Post the letters and activities around the classroom and encourage students to move each letter before completing the activity
- Challenge the students to create their own list of activities
